Terms and Conditions

By hiring kite gear from our Sardinia beach rental station, you agree to the terms set out below. All rentals are offered subject to availability, and any reservation is confirmed only once agreed with our team. When you collect equipment you accept responsibility for its safe use and timely return in the same condition in which it was provided, allowing for reasonable wear. You confirm that you have honestly represented your ability, experience and physical fitness, and you acknowledge that kitesurfing is a weather-dependent watersport carrying inherent risks that no equipment or guidance can entirely remove. You agree to ride within your competence, to respect local rules, launch and landing zones and other water users, and to heed the safety briefing and conditions guidance given at the time of hire. A valid deposit or identification may be required before equipment is released, and you are liable for loss or for damage beyond ordinary wear, whether caused by misuse, negligence or failure to follow instructions. Hire periods, rates and any bundled services are those confirmed at booking; late returns may incur additional charges, and refunds for unused time are at our discretion, particularly where conditions were rideable. We reserve the right to decline or halt a rental where safety, weather or conduct give us reasonable cause for concern, and we accept no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the equipment to the fullest extent permitted by law.
